Installation guide:

Put the prefab first into your scene, then drag-and-drop it into your armature, more precisely onto the wristbone of your avatar. Size it to your liking, adjust the size of the pole with the blendshapes, then rotate the flag the same way as on the picture below and place it under your hand as you can see there.

If you have VRC-Fury installed (you also can get the addon with the creator companion), you only need to upload the avatar and done!
